Asunción and Daniel

Asunción and Daniel make up Jumosol, a family business that started out in the nineteen eighties in Fuentes de Ebro (Zaragoza, Spain). Three of the most prominent hallmarks that characterise Jumosol are effort, perseverance, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
With innovation as its flagship, Jumosol went into the 21st century modernising its management, expanding the business, and working on the certification of its products. The company is the driving force behind the Cebolla Fuentes de Ebro Protected Designation of Origin. 


Viracochán is Samuel, a Spanish farmer in Peru and a visionary in the onion world. Having travelled all around the globe, five years ago he found in this Andean country the right climate and water conditions to cultivate that ‘real sweet onion’ that we are all crazy about.
He grows them in Peru all year round and supplies us with tender, juicy and healthy onions that make our life a touch easier 🙂
