Reinventing hamburgers!
Are you ready to reinvent hamburgers with this delicious recipe?
First make sure you’ve got all the ingredients…. and then we’ll explain how! You will need:
– 2 eggs.
– 3/4 cup of water.
– 1 cup of flour.
– 6 quail eggs.
– 3 Real Sweet Onions.
– 2 slices of Cheddar cheese.
– 450 gr. of minced meat.
– Panko or breadcrumbs.
– Tomato sauce.
– Parsley.
Got everything ready? Then put on your apron and let’s begin!
First of all, put the quail eggs in the freezer.
Then place two eggs, ¾ cup of water and 1 cup of flour in a bowl and mix everything together until you obtain a smooth mixture with no lumps.
Peel the onions and cut them into slices. Don’t worry, our Real Sweet Onions won’t make you cry!
Separate the onion slices and place strips of Cheddar cheese between the slices. Two onion slices will be enough, we have to leave room for the mince!
It is now time to take the quail eggs out of the freezer. The eggs will be firm, and the shell should come off easily. After peeling them, place some minced meat and a quail egg in the centre of the onion slices. Now cover everything with more minced meat.
Dip the hamburgers into the mixture of egg, flour and water. Then it’s time to breadcrumb them.
Put some breadcrumbs or panko on a plate and cover the hamburgers with them. Pour a small amount of oil into a frying pan.
Fry the breadcrumbed hamburgers in hot oil until they are golden brown.
Serve with a sprinkling of parsley and accompany with tomato sauce. All that remains is to tuck into this delicious combination of onion, minced meat, cheese and quail egg.
